“YAM with Laetitia” offers you a tailor-made service to help you organize your retreats in the South West of France, Gironde (33) and Landes (40) areas.
OUR SERVICE
I help you organize any kind of well-being or personal development retreat, workshops or experiences (sports, yoga, ayurveda, music, arts, surf, shamanic, business growth, ...; for men, women, couples...) in my region. I will help you find the right place and chef, support you in planning extra activities or organising workshops with complementary professionals in order to offer the best possible experience for your participants.
Thanks to our Retreat Organization service, you will no longer need to worry about the details of your retreat such as food, additional activities, participants' transfers, allergies or dietary requirements, equipment, goodies, photographer, accommodation, other workshops ...every tiny details are taken care of based on your budget, your objectives, your vision and the type of experiences you would like for your participants.
Organization is my strong point. I know how much planning is necessary to set up a successful retreat or event and how difficult it can be especially if you are not based in France (and even more difficult when you don't speak French)!
Calling on “YAM With Laetitia” to organize your retreat allows you to free up time to concentrate on what is important to you, such as the content of the workshops you will give, the relationship with your participants and the sign-ups for your event.
I will be your point of contact to manage all aspects related to logistics, operations and communication with all the local providers before your event. I will help you set up a schedule of activities that will offer your participants unforgettable moments but also moments of rest for a good balance.

Accommodation in exceptional places (vineyards, beaches, forests) with different styles (old estates, modern villas, luxury tents, atypical accommodation, lodges) to adapt to your budget and the atmosphere you would like to create for your participants
Chef and Catering Services with options that best suit your participants (organic, local, veg or non-veg, gluten-free, with or without alcohol) when not provided by the chosen accommodation
Airport transfers from Bordeaux' airport for retreats in Gironde and North of Landes, Biarritz' airport for South of Landes, train or tram transfers from Bordeaux
Additional activities (cultural visits, massages, yoga, music, arts, workshops, wine tasting, surfing, canoe, paddle ...)
Decoration and equipment (mats, bolsters, cushions, covers, easel, flowers...) to match with your branding and retreat's theme
Goodies to create an even better experience for your participants (adapted to your budget and vision)

I am good at planning and finding what my clients need. I used to be an International Recruiter for more than 12 years. Understanding and matching expectations (from my clients and the talents), paying attention to budgets and timelines, building trusted relationships locally and internationally, planning every steps of the process, anticipating risks, project managing, communicating, negotiating and finding golden nuggets are the skills I am transferring into this retreat organization service
